守秘義務について　　Confidentiality

行政書士には、行政書士法第12条によって厳格な守秘義務が課せらています。
当事務所はこれを遵守いたします。

Strict Confidentiality is imposed by the 12th article of Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists Law.
Our office observe the Law.


＜行政書士法第12条＞
行政書士は、正当な理由がなく、その業務上取り扱った事項について知り得た秘密を漏らしてはならない。
行政書士でなくなった後も、また同様とする。

＜The 12th article of Administrative Scrivener Law＞
A Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist must not leak the information which could be known about the matter deal with　on the business without justification.
It is even the same as after being no longer a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist.

個人情報の利用・提供　　Use and Offer of Personal Information

当事務所では、お客様からご提供頂いた氏名、住所、メールアドレスなどの個人情報は、常務遂行上必要な
範囲において利用いたします。
お客様の承諾がある場合、法令によって開示を求められた場合など正当な理由がある場合などの業務上必要な
場合を除いて、お客様の個人情報を第三者に開示提供することはありません。
なお、当事務所の業務のご案内をすることもあります。

In our office, we will use customer's name, address, and mail address, etc. which the customer offered to our
office in the necessary limit on the business.
Customer's information is not disclosed for third party except the justification (in case of requiring disclosure
with the statute and customer's consent, etc.).
In addition, we may inform our services to the customer.
